This has been an ongoing problem all day and we will strive to inform you when it is safe to drop or resize your house safely.

We are aware of an issue with the housing system. We ask that you do not demolish or resize your house at this time as you will not be able to place a house until this issue is resolved. While we do not have an ETA on a fix for this issue, our developers are working on this now in order to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our players. As always, please check the Herald for updates and thank you for your patience and understanding.

We will bring you another update at 4:00PM EST.

Update 1:34PM EST: The housing tool and veteran rewards are now functioning properly. You should now be able to place and resize a house. We appreciate and thank you for your patience through this issue.

***Unfortunately I spoke to soon before and you can not drop your houses just yet. We will post when we know for sure it is safe again. ***

Nope its not there fix didnt take..they updated uo.com saying its still not safe..housing placement and trading is still down. Suppose to be another update at 4pm eastern time.
