New Origin Store Question

I dont know if this is in the section. But, I was wonder why I cant buy both the new upgrade pack at the same time?? The web site only offers the New rustic pack and not the other... What happened here??? I thought I could buy both at the same time??? The old web site let you...

*bump* I would like to amend this question a bit with things I have read over the last several weeks.
Will the Stores ever have the same items?
Who runs the stores?
Will we ever be able to buy multiple items and if not why?
