24% Lower Mana Cost
65% Lower Reagent Cost
16 Mana Regeneration
4 Hit Point Regeneration

Total Resists: 43/36/42/37/41 (minimum)

If you have a piece that fits into this need, I'll purchase it separately for a fair price.
