They are an alchemical ingredient for making Barrab Hemolymph Concentrate. It is, in my opinion, the most difficult ingredient to obtain. You can make a dozen runs through the Pit and not have enough (5) to make a single bottle of the potion. The eggsacs are a very rare drop on the corpses of Myrmidex Drones in the Pit and the Myrmidex Queen in her lair. I have made many runs through the Pit and found zero eggsacs, so plan on it taking you quite a while to accumulate enough for a single potion.
