My new and first custom house

I'm back in the game and this is my first house. I actually never customized a house before, enjoying this. I had a keep when I came back in 2016, but lost it. This is my basic set up now. First story is the storage and adventure room, second one the crafting room, third one the treasure room, and then there is the roof terras/garden.

I am looking for something bigger, like size. Near the water.
