What program can you use to make a moving avatar/signature. I KNOW how to do it. I just don't know what to use!

I use animation shop and a ulead (I think, I'm not at home) program, depending on what I'm doing and the results I'm looking for. Both of them I bought, altho I think the ulead program has a free trial if I remember correctly.
I don't know of any free programs....

i don't even know how to do any of that but i wish i new how too
i would love have my royal blue monkey j.c..

to have a cool avatar an an cool sig but i don't how do any of that lol


but i believe photo bucket is place my friend like to use its also free.
