[General] Most FAQs now Moved to the Data Chest Subforum

I tried this once before, but people rebelled. Gonna try this again.

To keep users from having to scroll through 15+ stickies to get to new posts, I've moved the FAQs that are the most complete to the Data Chest.

The Carpentry FAQ is one exception, as it still needs a Masonry (Stoncrafting) section added to it.

Look immediately above this post. There is a section that says "Sub-forums" and the Data Chest is the only sub-forum we have.
