This is a long time coming. I know it is a minor issue to most siegers, but I brought this up as long as 5 years ago. So thanks for fixing this finally!

Yeah, except for a VERY long time all the npcs were there, only the pearls were missing. Now EVERY npc is missing except Elwood McCarrin

I think she got banned for script painting AFK.
I paged to see if a GM could find her and
"I am doing the Elwood quest and the NPC painter Alberta Geico in the Colored canvas in Vesper is missing...."
I got the response "we will look at the account and take action blah bla blah confidentiality blah blah blah

English as a second language perhaps?
So I paged agin and got the send in a bug report canned response.

I thought the rainbow pearl quest was introduced with ML? Was it before then?

At any rate, it is nice that Siegers will finally be able to do the quest now.

I did make a thread days ago on U Hell you might wanna try over there. So far no response whatsoever. Petra perhaps you could poke your head in and check the devs lil pockets for our missing NPCs.
I know thet are aware of the problem I just wish they could give us a heads up on it.
