Money objects in a Skill Lot

I have a question. I have a skill lot in TC and roomies and myself thought it would be great if we could put in some jam tables to work on while we have the place open. Well I soon discovered they can't be used in the skill category. Why is it then that on a money lot they can use skill objects? Is this a bug or what?

That's just the way it is.. I believe skill objects can be used in all catergories.

Except for Residental Lots.

I thought before when I played like a year ago you could have a money object in a skill lot? Oh well, thanks a lot for the info.

Yes they changed it so free players in Ea Land have less chances of earning money and cashing out without cashing in first.

Yep, they changed it. Money objects can only be used at money houses.

Thanks a lot. It still is wrong that you can skill anywhere but only use money objects on money lots.

It's a shame they had to take away money objects from other lots, but 2 wrongs don't make a right, would be worse if we weren't allowed to skill either imo
