Buying a maul and hammer pick 20+ splint 50+ hit spell and preferably fire or poison elemental paying extreamly well if has elementals 60 % or more will pay 500+mil if really nice

What is extremely well? If you could accept it as brittle, there is room to imbue 50 Lower Defense.
