I read that spell songs work off the mastery skill's (disco, peace and provo) real skill. So they are stronger with real 120, instead of 90 real skill and bumped up to 120 with items.

Does it also count for music? I was thinking of using Song Woven Mantle to bump it to 120.

Yes as far as masteries are concerned they all go off of real skill
