I am sorry, I really am not sure what you are asking, is there any other way you can put it? It is a tad late for me, plus I been up for a few days now....So I am sorry if it is obvious x.x

Yes... the hot bars work differently now. You don't get the 99 scrollable hot bars, but I never used that feature anyway.
What you can do is fill up a hot bar and then drag it down so none of the icons show. This is a quick and easy way to assign hot keys to common spells without having to create a macro for them, and at the same time doesn't take up much room on your desktop. It's not exactly the same thing as scrollable hot bars, but works for me.
Sorry for not being clear, let me try again - In KR, you can scroll through 10"pages" of the default hotbar (the one that's mapped to the F1-F12 keys).Cloak‡1318539 said:
It's useful, coz you can quickly switch through the different F1-F12 setups using the alt+0, alt+1, alt+2 etc to go to a configured "page" depending on what you were doing.
Oh, and if you have been up for a few days without sleep, you need to catch some zzz.

I see. Seeing as how Old man has already answered it I will just reply with sorry I am a bit slow, and yea I should get some sleep. Will most likely do that soon as I am finished with something I am working on.

I'll setup a spare hotbar to hold icons for swapping. Meanwhile I'll put it in my wishlist heheh
