Main hotbar disappeared?

Hi all!

Last night, I switched from Pinco's UI to the Default UI in EC to test something out. When I switched back to Pinco's, my main hotbar was missing (the one with Character - Skills - Guild - Settings - Quests - Backpack - etc on it). I did not get a dialogue to recreate it (the "keep your mouse moving" message) when I logged in. It's just gone.

Does anybody know how I can get it back? I can't open the Settings dialogue because that button is on the hotbar that is missing! I can access the XML user data files, if that helps.

There is an option to rebuild the toolbar from the Pinco UI settings menu. Hit escape key to bring up the main menu then you can choose settings from that.

I did the same thing now ive decided I want to use the default ui and every time I log in, my toolbar/ main hotbar is missing the map and inventor and other things not the whole bar though
