Can someone enlighten me on the status of housing in Magincia (Fel)? I see all of the Tram plots all built but only 4 of the Fel plots are occupied.

should be free for all by now, if u find a spot there in fel plot it.
Its all a guard zone from what I am told so it is prolly the reason why no one plots.
