Since the last patch its impossible for me to open my loyalty ratings. It pops up, dissapears, and brings up my char sheet instead.

Loyalty Menue Brings up Char Sheet

Also health bars are not updating correctly. Sometimes not at all.
loyalty ratings do not exist anymore, it's all integrated into the character sheet.
The healthbars not updating is a great new bug introduced 2 patches ago...
In any case this is not the place to report bugs.
Where shall Ii report bugs?
