i was over on Formosa this morning as my chain of shard transfers.
i was on for a while moving stuff around and such and the shard went down.
which is strange because its down time isn't for another 6 hours.
its been gone now for a 60-90 minutes.
i know they said they were having issues with it the other day, i guess those issues are still not fixed.
