Why wouldnt the map be rare? when dbl clicked it tells you theres a bank close by and a moon gate. i dont recall how many was out there. But im sure its still a rare.

"An Enchanted Sextant" is a reward for completing the Young Player Quest. To my knowledge, it was never considered a rare.

In fact, I just checked and you can currently buy them for as low as 99 GP and as high as 55,000 GP on vendors.
