Well hello catskills! I am returning to the shard after a long tour of shards, and am looking to purchase (with gold) or trade items for:

either a max lockdown cust. house or a keep.

The only requirements are:

1. It must be in fel.

2. It must be extremely secluded. (I don't like neighbors)

3. Price isn't too big of an issue.
