There are a few available at the Shooting Stars Vendors up in Makato. If you need a rune, just ask. Otherwise, if you get to Makato from the gate, go west, go to the first rioad, go right then go left around the outside of Makato, mine is the first house, owned by Lunar Rain. Shoudl be on vendor named BS Rewards.

Unfortunately somebody must have beat me to it. Looked through all the vendors with no luck. Saw a 120 Tailoring but dont need that one. Thanks anyway
