Hmm...I think I may have whacked tristo a bit too hard.
Oh well, if no one has a plant vendor now, but is planning one, I may have some uh, special fertilizer to get you started on such a venture.

Almost took me out with that whack, came out of nowhere. But yea kinda rough to find some decent plants nowadays.

There are some plants on the furniture vendor east of the old Crafter's Corner. I am also growing a bunch of the plain ones for Skylark's decorating adventures but will sell what's left over. *smiles*
