Login server down?

I've been unable to connect today. It keeps giving me the message "Couldn't connect to Ultima Online. Please try again in a few moments." after I enter my password. It's been that way for over an hour.

My account is on RBP time and was wondering if connections are being gated relative to this. I couldn't find any announcements of servers being offline today.
