Locked Dart Trap Boxes don't work (don't give damage) anymore after pub80. Is this intended?

General Locked Dart Trap Boxes don't work anymore after pub80

Mine is working as expected. Please check that the box is the right way around?
It is the right way around. Works when unlocked, doesnt work when locked.
I tested it and kind of figured this was on purpose. The pouches was used looong ago, and one the dmg increased they went to the means of these box's. Something has been changed with them, but problay to balance pvp.

That's exactly what I'm experiencing. So far I'm very disappointed in the new pub 80 for lots of reasons including this
