[Suggestion] Lock hotbar icons

I'd like to be able to lock icons on the hotbars so they can't be dragged off accidentally
Or even make it so they can only be removed by dragging while holding shift?

I thought there was an option for this, but I went looking for it the other day too and couldn't find it.

I agree it would be nice.

And locking pet bar names! I do NOT like the way names are completely overwritten now with the last patch. I keep accidentally hitting the name and it wants to erase the old name.

Yup! please make a option to lock the icons, nothing like dragging your hiding icon around while your tryin to hide in fel
