can someone tell me what it does?

65 skill? 80 skill? 100 skill?

is there a difference?

Under 90 or so Bushido you will fail sometimes when using LS. The higher the skill is, the better the chance of a critical strike against your opponent.

In any event, as soon as LS is usable (50 skill) and it goes off successfully, your HCI is taken all the way to 50 for that one hit. Caps apply, but of course if you are hit with a HLA effect it will help counter it.

I prefer it on single combat weapons. Like if I am fighting Niera. Otherwise, I'll use area for the champion spawn.

2007 Necro. Lightning Strike is pretty useless nowadays, with how easy it is to non stop chain AIs.
