Lich form doesn't somehow stop your mana regen items from working does it?
I want to use lich form for the 13 mana regen and I also have another 14 mana regen from my items, this totals 27 mana regen, which according to the med calculator is around 3 mana a second with no med and 140 int.
I know there's some kind of cap on mana regen from items but does this include the 13 mana regen gained from lich form?
As the calculator says, am I going to get about 3 mana/second with lich form + 14 mana regen from items and 0 med?
