Last Wipe? Release Date?!!

The latest weekly update contained a 'special announcement' which states the following:

"We are working diligently on detailing our schedule for 2016. We plan to provide you with an update as soon as next week (but definitely before the end of January). We are very excited because this schedule will include the date of our final wipe as well as the start days and times for final lot selection."

So it looks like we are only a week or so from finding out when the game gets the final wipe and launches!

Just a contextual reminder that while the update focused on the date of the final wipe, it did not mean that there was only one more wipe before no more wipes.

I would expect all followers of the game realise that we are technically still 'Pre-Alpha' and that there will be more wipes (currently around every quarter) up until the 'Final Wipe' which will be announced. The fact that we will have a date for our diaries is a true cause for celebration.

I kind of take the final wipe as the release date. If there are no more wipes then the game has started as anything you do will not be reverted or deleted.

Yeah should be a very interesting Weekly report this week. Look forward to getting some kind of timeline. Constant wipes are getting draining, the fun of being part of Pre-Alpha/Alpha I guess.
