it is deco only, but the moonstone crystal shards are rather hard to get....
I did not see any on a vendor, and I put mine off the vendor after nobody wanted to buy for 2 days.
So I was wondering what people would spend to get one. Obviously not much...

Prices on items are always at their highest when new, then the novelty wears off and you cant sell them!
I have seen the moonstone crystal shards (ingredient) that you collect from the Myrmidex warriors on a vendor for $13m each and you need 5 to make the Kotl.
I have seen people trying to sell the Kotl for $90m (not sure if anyone actually paid this amount though) and the Kotl does nothing, just deco.

*Guess it is worth, whatever someone is willing to pay for it!*
