As per the title, I am looking to buy these Napa Valley Promotion Boots with any of the following rank names:

Page
Knight Bachelor
Knight Banneret
Knight Sergeant
Knight Commander
Personal Guard of King Blackthorn

I realize that it is likely that not all of these titles exist. From what I have been able to gather, the Knight Bachelor may be the highest rank given out when these were created.
