Karma won't gain?

I tried a quick fencing thief template:
120 fencing
100 healing
100 anat
100 tactics
100 bushido
83 chivalry
40 stealing (roughly speacking
Not sure I missed anyting skillwise, wasn't impressed with the template. Went back to honor shrine where I locked my karma an unlocked it. I am now not gaining in karma? Am I missing something? Thank you.
