I was curious how the server population is and is housing still a premium for 18x18s? If so are small plots still available?

Many shards now have a medium to low population, but not Atlantic. Atlantic is still very full which puts upward pressure on pricing for premium housing. Smaller plot locations can be found and placed with the housing tool, but unless you are doing IDOC's, placing a large plot is very rare.

Getting an 18x18 requires 3 things, patience, dilligence and friends. If you spend a few days scouting the terrain you'll likely find a medium sized plot. Get yourself set up and when you get ready to expand you'll likely have made some friends and that can't hurt. And hey, Welcome Back!

Thank you for your responses! There is not rush for the big plot:) I will scout for a decent size plot and get re-established and worry about the bigger plot down the road:)!:thumbup:
