Yes, Grumpy the animator really had a blast with that one. That's actually all his doing - both the larvae and the Deathwatch beetles. There's lots of stuff like this in KR, just keep your eyes open.
BTW, have you guys killed any ratmen archers? ;-)

Turkeys: Their feathers scatter, The Ratman archers arrows fly all over the place, and one land point down in a rather unfortunate place... There are lots of stuff out there to see! Don't be afraid... come and plaaayy (beckons with crooked gnarled finger)
