I've been looking all over to buy Dragons Blood, so either I'm looking in the wrong places or it just can't be bought...guess I'll just have to keep killing monsters to get the dragons blood so I can heal myself..go figure...

neither dragon blood nor daemon bones can be bought.

Personally the first thing my mystic-imbuer did was imbue himself up a LRC suit. If you want the more odd-fashioned approach then yes, you will have to harvest a lot of monsters.
