I think the poster looking for the uber items should at least offer something close to 100 mill for item #2. I mean if you want a 5th property then state it other wise you are pretty much asking for a 4 close to max property item.

If it's something I've needed and it's exact I've paid up what I offered. I think people tend to post about buying something with some insane offer hoping someone has an item like it that they're willing to part with, then they'll find ways to lower the price because it's not "exact." I see this happening a lot in general.

First of all, I never said the bracelet was worth 100 mil. Last I saw, you were the one offering 100 for the mods listed on the 2nd bracelet. I believe drawn has already summed it up nicely for you in their post above so I'm done posting.

Good luck with the sale Gobble. The 2nd and 3rd bracelets are both very nice.
