Not really, people prefer to go with splintering when its mage weap. No hit spell on this, fc-1 as well, no balanced, u wont parry much withoutout bushido so reactive para wont kick in... id say this is useless for a good pvper

As stated before, I don't think you will get too much as there are so many better choices.
