[Discussion] Is this a rare?

Somehow after planting a bunch of seeds, one of the bowls a few days later is not empty but is named "A Bowl Of Hard Dirt"
Is that a rare?

it occurs when you dont water your plants/or water them enough i believe.

the much older ones say 'a dead plant' ~~ I don't know if the community considers these type rare, either
