I think scrappers the only thing even close cuz crafters don't deserve nice things

Yeah... the LRC is one of the random mods. Base mods on a Scrappers are:
Fcr 1
Fc 1
Lmc 10
Sdi 25

I dunno man. There are still a lot of Scrapper with full mods (3 additional over the base) that can be sold for a lot to the right buyers.

Scrappers with Super Slayers or 20-30 points of additional skill will have some decent value.
