is there a bug with Scalis ?

we killed him in fel lastnight and nobody, nobody got anything.

On top of that we could not loot him, we could open his corpse but it was "out of reach."

Were we suppose to be in a party or something like that ?

Ok did this with over 10 peeps both fel and tram and both times no drops
so im thinking its bugged if not and its intended to be this way then people will not be doing this peerless. No one wants to waste 45 min to an hour killing something and no drops =/
