It's pretty dead yeah. There's a few people left but not many. Atlantic is the #1 populated shard, and Great Lakes is #2 these days.

Thanks! Yeah I ended up transferring to Atlantic with some friends. Was just checking in to see how activity was on Napa now. I have been on and off Napa since launch.

It is quiet enough to do what you want and not get bothered, but it looks dead.
