Is is possible to change your account name?

Hello everyone,

Recently returning to UO, wondering if anyone knows how to change your account user name (not character name). I found how to change the password easily enough but want to change the user name if possible.

Only allowed to do it once.

They told me they don't change account names.

It can't be done unfortunately, the account name is stuck that way forever with no name change option available.
