Which Heartwood quest do I need to do to get this and is it rare?

I think Tholef the Grape Tender and Tillanil the Wine Tender have the quests for the Alchemy potions. They not that rare.

I've had no trouble getting these recipes off player vendors. In fact before I had even been to Heartwood or knew that's where the recipes came from, I'd already bought all the alchemy recipes from player vendors, well before my alchemist was GM.

It's the weapons and especially the furniture, that no one ever has extras of to sell. All you see is the same assassin blade or squirrel statue recipe for sale over and over.
