Interactive House Objects?

I am working on a house design for an event, and I am wondering what other type of lockdown objects exist similar to the Icy Patch, that a player can interact with without clicking on it? Just walking over it or near it would be preferable.

Not looking for anything super rare that will cost 100's of millions, but semi-rare is OK if it can be reasonably found.

There's singing balls and a few others if turned on will interact when you get near them.

Monster statues will make noises when you get close to them.

Wind chimes made by tinkers go off if you walk near to them.

You have the mistletoe, the hanging pictures, and the skull bed off the top of my head
