Quite possibly one of the best pieces ever crafted for an hpr/rpd pvp mage. If you do alot of re-forging you know how hard it is to get useable 4hpr/20 rpd pieces. You would build your entire suit around this piece.

True but most dexxers use maxxed out 100% phys weps and dont set the proper arm macros for the random rpd mage so its still quite effective imo

Don't forget that archers are even less inclined to make such none phys weapons.
