Like the title says, are the Ingots of Wrath obtained by turning in easter eggs just deco items, or do they have any other use? Thanks

They can be turned into the NPC outside Destard for 1 point just like a drop in the dungeon. Also can be deco.

There are 2 NPC . One is for artifact Turn-in . Usually closer to entrance. Another one surrounded with ingots (with DBL click in EC) gives quest to bring him 10 eggs. Reward is pile of ingot. you turn inform in like artifact drops.
The ingots make excellent decor
So does the fey slayer . Kinda expensive just to lock it down yes, but I have the eggs , so there
