[Discussion] Info needed on "An Old Ring"

I have come across 2 items that I have never seen before and cant find any info on. I have found "An old Ring" and "An Old Necklace". They are on the Lake Austin shard and if anyone has info on them I would love to hear about it. Thank you in advance.

As Manticore said - but it was old haven. When they pulled down old haven and put up new haven, i don't think that quest was included? at least, I haven't seen the woman you had to go to.
