I just purchased a 10 charge forged metal tool and the code still has the incorrect format that I had to manually fix.

I think they have made a fix so the game accepts the "incorrect" format now. It takes a few mins but if you paste the code in that they send you it should work. I did it last night with the Rustic Theme and got my garden beds.

The codes still don't work, at least for me. Bought the High Seas pack and the format was still wrong in the UO Client. Had to go to the account website to get it to work.
