I'm holding my first in-game silent auction using the new vet reward auction safes! This is an IN-GAME auction, so please don't post bids below. Instead, head over to my auction house located on the southern side of Luna on Atlantic to bid. The 5-day auction will begin today (12/7) at roughly 2pm EST (11am PST) and end Saturday, Dec 12th at roughly 2pm EST (Due to the restrictions of the auction safes, I can't set an exact end time).

I'll post high-bid updates daily below, but please feel free to ping me if you have questions or you'd like to offer a buy-out on an item that hasn't yet received a bid.

To clarify and avoid some confusion. This is an IN-GAME auction held via vet auction safes at my Atlantic Luna house. However, if an item has not received an IN-GAME bid, I will pull the item from the auction at the stated buy-out price if a player can not make it to the auction house. I won't place a proxy bid for someone, though. Hope this helps.

Wow very sad that some of that stuff went so cheap. This might have been the worst week of the year for an auction though due to Christmas. I sure wish I could have been on for the end on a few of those items!! This was more like a stealing event!

Yeah, not allowing for 5min rule is a huge issue. People can't bid each other up at the last minute, and some bidders won with a 1gp increase.

With that said, I will be hosting one or two more silent auctions - just reserve may be a bit higher on some items.

@Bleak you had posted in the trade forums their would be updates to the auction safes.

i would suggest minimum bid increases of:
none.
10k
100k
500k
1mil
5mil
10mil
20mil
50mil
or, (ideally) allow the auctioneer to decide the min bid increase, and have that displayed on the auction safe menue.

a 5, or 10 min cooldown period would also be a nice option.
