I need an artist.

Simply put I need to find someone with basic artistic skill to help me create an icon for an in game guild. I am not sure how to go about doing this. I can discuss compensation.

The name of the guild will be the 7th Legion. The guild symbol will be as such:



As you can see it's a simple inverse idea. The final product is open to major change is something is more striking though. Any thoughts on where I can find someone that might help?
