As much as I hate to lose money, it looks like the 1.2 was a little late. There is no way to know exactly until after an hour. If after 11pm est, it says the last bid was late, I will honor the 1.1b bid. If the 1.2 bid was in time I will give everyone 30 min to get their last bids in, then start the 10 minute rule again.
