[Spellweaving] How to reach focus lvl 6?

I remember reading somewhere, that you can reach a focus lvl 6 circle with only 2 people,
but I just can't find that post anymore.

Is it still true, and what is needed to reach lvl 6?

I found the solution: need to stand on the arcane circle at britain bank with one other with 120 sw and sw mastery active.
