I stack (in this order, bottom up):
Boots
2 red dyed cotton balls (1 at a time)
1 black dyed cotton ball
2 red dyed cotton balls (1 at a time)
1 fancy shirt (for the arms)
2 red dyed cotton balls (1 at a time)
1 bale of cotton (beard)
1 bone helmet (sometimes I skip this - I lost the one I had that faced the right way)
1 red dyed jester hat
I think that's it! I'm not near a machine with UO right now to confirm, but here's what he looks like. The fancy shirt looks weird in KR (in my screenshot) but only the arms show in 2D.
